If you can feel the 26 degree air coming in through the door. money, the ENTIRE time we were there we kept needing to advocate for ourselves, - more water, where is this order (that wasn't there), refills for coffee, even needing to ask for a refill on our soda. and we told them that, but it was just like an other day to them. We called and were told that we couldn't get in a waiting line before we were there - LIE #1
